Before #Helene hit, we filmed two episodes of The Magic of Painting. Episode 3 has made it out of editing and is now available for you to enjoy!  

The painting of the Blue Ridge Mountains at Sunset can't possibly be any more special to me since Helene. We keep hearing how that landscape has changed. It is funny that I started my Blue Ridge Mountain series of paintings because I wanted to capture the beauty before Climate Change had an effect. I have many photographs of the time before Helene to use as reference and my memory of spending time in those places. We are still in recovery, so I'm not that sure when I'll get back out there to see the changes myself. When I can put more words around what has happened, I write more.
