As artists, we tend to have a lot on our schedules, and we often find ways to procrastinate, right?  I hope I'm not alone in the procrastination part.  We are human, after all. I wanted to give a little review of what was published this week on the Art Chat TV channel.  We are creeping up on my milestone goal for the channel--more on that in a few paragraphs. 

Most of my time has been spent creatively marketing my upcoming start to the Mastrius Mentor sessions. As you know, I'm a Master Mentor at a wonderful artist community called Mastrius. I'm so glad to have found this lovely group of professional artists. The community is welcoming and eager to know about you and help you. The mentor session starts on Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM Eastern and goes to 9:00 PM Eastern. You can join for as many sessions as you want--you aren't tied in for a full year when you sign up for the session. You can learn more at HERE

We started a new "thing" over on Art Chat TV, so some time has been spent recording and editing what I now call "Art Chat TV (ACTV) Quick Clips." We even have a cool logo for it.

I am absolutely over the moon that Art Chat TV is steadily picking up subscribers to the channel. As of the writing of this blog, we have 981 subscribers. I know that compared to other major companies, that isn't much. But, I'm not a major company--I'm wearing all the hats--artist, producer, editor, marketer, writer--you get the picture. To have 981 folks subscribing and taking the time to watch what I produce is just awesome. (BTW--the average individual only gets about 200 subscribers, according to a journalist friend of mine.) In addition to those ACTV Quick Clips, there had been a couple of observing nature from the saddle of my two-wheel studio--also known as my Trek bicycle. Three rides resulted in 65 miles traveled and 4455 ft of elevation climbed.  I have knee replacement surgery coming up in June, so I need to keep my muscles tuned up so I can recover quickly. 

All of this in just a week!  Whew!   Off to my easel to record a painting session on the Glade Grist Mill painting.
